We offer intimate rustic micro weddings, elopements, vow renewals, parties and non-traditional ceremonies. No complicated packages, no planning. You just show up and enjoy your party.

Our handcrafted wood chapel seats up to 15 guests. Our outdoor barn seats up to 50 guests.

As an add-on, we offer a unique pre-party with vintage punch bowl service and light snacks. It’s all set up for your guests as they arrive. It adds an extra half-hour to your time slot, and it’s nice to offer guests a little food and drink before the ceremony. People love it, just sayin’.

If you’d like to have your reception here too, the space can be rented for additional time on a case-by-case basis.

Our weddings are booked as one-hour time slots. The couple only for the first 15 minutes followed by 45 minutes with your guests.

Additional time and pre-parties can be added on for an additional cost.

A micro wedding is a small, intimate ceremony — usually 30 guests or fewer — that puts the focus back on what actually matters: you, your person, and the moment. No endless seating charts. No fighting over the invite list. Just a beautiful, personal celebration with the people who matter most.

Old Brown House is one of the most unique micro wedding venues in Los Angeles. Our handcrafted wood chapel in Highland Park has an unmistakable bohemian soul — exposed beams, warm lighting, vintage details, and a vibe that photographs like a dream… because there simply isn't anything else like it in the city.

We provide an officiant and a ceremony with music cues. If you want to bring your own officiant, we charge a $150 fee and require the ceremony be no more than 15 minutes.

Your booking only allows for one hour here, so we recommend being ready to go when you get here. You can put on your wedding attire in our private green room, but should arrive makeup and hair ready.

Our offerings are pretty simple. We don’t have fancy packages. We have 3 options: Secret Elopements (couple + photographer only) are $600, Little Wood chapel weddings for up to 12 guests are $1,500. Outdoor chapel barn weddings for up to 30 guests are $3,000. Additional guests with each option are $100 per person.
